New Client Questionnaire: To be eligible for NH-PTAP services, your business must have a physical location in New Hampshire. Home-based businesses are acceptable.

To receive our services, you must register online through E-Center Direct, a third-party registration service. Registration is free and the online questionnaire is simple to fill out. If you are unsure whether your business is already a NH-PTAP client, please call us at 603-271-7581 before completing the questionnaire. Your registration information is kept confidential. We will not sell or intentionally distribute your contact or other information you provide to us to anyone. If you are a company from another state or country, please contact us at 603-271-7581 for further instructions, or visit the Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers website to find your local PTAC.
