Dave Pease, MS (Resource Administration & Management), has served as a contract Business Advisor throughout south-central NH. He began his career as an environmental scientist, and became an entrepreneur in 1983 with the founding of Resource Analysts, Inc. (RAI). Dave presided over the growth, success and 1988 acquisition of RAI by Millipore Corporation. He ran RAI as a Millipore subsidiary until 1992, when he arranged its resale to PACE, Incorporated. Dave managed several businesses for PACE until 1996, when he left the environmental field to work full-time with small businesses in a private consulting practice. He worked with NHSBDC clients on a contract basis from 2002 – 2008, and has recently joined the NH PTAP as Program Manager.
Martha Keene

Martha Keene has been a procurement specialist with the NH PTAP team since October 2002. She is very proactive with the NH businesses who want to learn more about federal, state and local contracting. Martha teaches companies about direct opportunities with the government and also the many prime contractors out there to market their products & services to. Martha is busy doing day to day consultations with businesses and also traveling around the state putting on workshops and going into businesses to teach them one-on-one about procurement & marketing.
Martha joined state service in 2000 from the private sector where she worked for a large manufacturing firm in purchasing & sales.

Amanda Duquette

Amanda Duquette has been the Program Assistant for the New Hampshire Procurement Technical Assistance Program since March 2007. She assists the Program Manager and Procurement Specialists with day to day operations and works with New Hampshire businesses interested in receiving federal, state and local contracts.
Amanda began working for the Department of Resources and Economic Development in 2004 where she was a part of the Division of Forests and Lands, Forest Protection Bureau. She joined state service in 2002 with the Department of Health and Human Services.
Amanda resides in Epsom with her husband. In her free time she enjoys training and showing her paint horses.
