Ian Davis, of Franklin, joins the Department of Business and Economic Affairs as a program specialist for the Northern Border Regional Commission (NBRC). BEA administers the program within the state and works with eligible communities and organizations throughout the year.
In this position, he will be involved in planning the development and modification of data and procedures for the NBRC, an important grant program providing funding for economic support and community development programs in rural communities across six counties. He will also coordinate internal fiscal responsibilities and do external outreach to assist with the application and award processes.
In his free time, Ian is a woodworker, a translator, and coaches wrestling for amateur sports club in Boston.
