The InvestNH Capital Grant Program awarded $64 million to nonprofit and for-profit developers of multi-family rental housing of three or more units for long-term residential rentals. Grants were provided to fill funding gaps caused by inflation, supply-chain constraints, and rising interest rates, and could be used for costs directly related to construction.
The Capital Grant Program helped to create 1,605 new units.
